  Mr. BOYLE of Pennsylvania. Mr. Speaker, on June 23, 2025, due to 
unforeseen and severe travel delays during my trip to Washington, D.C., 
on Amtrak, I was unable to vote during Roll Call votes No. 172, No. 
173, and No. 174 on the floor of the House of Representatives.
  Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call votes No. 
172, No. 173, and No. 174.
