  I was necessarily absent, but had I been present, I would have voted 
no on rollcall vote No. 314 on the cloture motion, Motion to Invoke 
Cloture: Olivia Trusty, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Federal 
Communications Commission for the remainder of the term expiring June 
30, 2025.
