                            VOTE EXPLANATION

  Ms. ROSEN. Mr. President, on June 16, 2025, I missed rollcall vote 
No. 313. Had I been present, I would have voted no on vote No. 313, 
cloture on the nomination of Gary Andres to be Assistant Secretary of 
Health and Human Services.
  On June 17, 2025, I missed rollcall vote No. 314. Had I been present, 
I would have voted no on vote No. 314, motion to invoke cloture on the 
nomination of Olivia Trusty to be a Member of the Federal 
Communications Commission for the remainder of the term expiring June 
30, 2025.
