  Mr. SOTO. Mr. Speaker, Angelica Michelle Jones, aka Angelica Sanchez, 
was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on November 8, 1977.
  She moved to Orlando in 1996 to live in her truth and become her 
authentic self.
  A Black trans woman and drag performer, she has won numerous national 
pageants, including Miss. Continental Plus, Miss. Gay U.S. of A at 
Large, Miss. Duval, and Miss. Florida FFI at Large.
  She's an LGBTQIA advocate as well as a Pulse survivor.
