APPROPRIATIONS: ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND BUREAU OF RECLAMATION

for fiscal year 2026 for the Army Corps of Engineers and the Bureau of 
Reclamation, after receiving testimony from D. Lee Forsgren, Acting

hearing to examine the President's proposed budget request for fiscal 
year 2026 for the Department of the Interior, after receiving testimony 
from Doug Burgum, Secretary of the Interior.
BUSINESS MEETING
Committee on Environment and Public Works: Committee ordered favorably 
reported the nominations of Sean McMaster, of Virginia, to be 
Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration, John Busterud, of 
California, to be Assistant Administrator, Office of Solid Waste, 
Environmental Protection Agency, and Adam Telle, of Mississippi, to be 
an Assistant Secretary of the Army, Department of Defense.

Committee on the Judiciary: Committee concluded a hearing to examine 
the privacy and national security implications of the 23andMe 
bankruptcy, after receiving testimony from Joseph Selsavage, 23andMe
