  SA 2312. Mr. THUNE proposed an amendment to the bill S. 1582, to 
provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins, and for other 
purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following.
       ``This Act shall take effect 5 days after the date of 
     enactment.''
