  SA 2276. Ms. BLUNT ROCHESTER submitted an amendment intended to be 
proposed by her to the bill S. 1582, to provide for the regulation of 
payment stablecoins, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie 
on the table; as follows:

        In section 18(c)(2), strike subparagraph (B) and insert 
     the following:
       (B) be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States 
     with respect to the enforcement of this Act and any other 
     applicable laws of the United States relating to anti-money 
     laundering, countering the financing of terrorism, economic 
     sanctions, financial fraud, and related financial crimes, 
     including laws administered by the Department of the 
     Treasury, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Financial 
     Crimes Enforcement Network, and the Department of Justice.
