  SA 2231. Mr. SCHIFF submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by 
him to the bill S. 1582, to provide for the regulation of payment 
stablecoins, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the 
table; as follows:
       On page 55, line 16, strike ``involving'' and all that 
     follows through line 23, and insert the following:
       may--
       (A) serve as an officer of a payment stablecoin issuer;
       (B) serve as a director of a payment stablecoin issuer; or
       (C) be a shareholder of a payment stablecoin issuer.
