               TRIBUTE TO ETHELYN VONHELMERS FITZSIMMONS

 Mr. HUSTED. Mr. President, today I would like to wish Ms. 
Ethelyn VonHelmers Fitzsimmons of Mantua, OH, a happy 110th birthday. 
Ms. Fitzsimmons was born May 17, 1915, in Marietta, OH, to Herman 
VonHelmers and Lucille Boothby VonHelmers. Ms. Fitzsimmons has lived 
through every major historical event over the past century, including 
both World Wars, the Moon landing, the fall of the Berlin Wall, the 
rise of the internet, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Fitzsimmons has a 
love for the arts, and she spent much of her adulthood teaching piano, 
writing songs and poems, and painting.
