AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL IN THE CAPITOL VISITOR CENTER 
 FOR A CEREMONY TO PRESENT THE CONGRESSIONAL GOLD MEDAL, COLLECTIVELY, 
       TO THE UNITED STATES ARMY RANGERS VETERANS OF WORLD WAR II

  Mr. STEIL. Madam Speaker, I ask unanimous consent to take from the

Speaker's table the concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 12) and ask for 
its immediate consideration in the House.
  The Clerk read the title of the concurrent resolution.
  The SPEAKER pro tempore. Is there objection to the request of the 
gentleman from Wisconsin?
  There was no objection.
  The text of the concurrent resolution is as follows:

                            S. Con. Res. 12

       Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives 
     concurring),

     SECTION 1. USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL FOR CEREMONY TO PRESENT 
                   THE CONGRESSIONAL GOLD MEDAL TO THE UNITED 
                   STATES ARMY RANGERS VETERANS OF WORLD WAR II.

       (a) Authorization.--Emancipation Hall in the Capitol 
     Visitor Center is authorized to be used on June 26, 2025, for 
     a ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal awarded 
     under the United States Army Rangers Veterans of World War II 
     Act (Public Law 117-132; 31 U.S.C. 5111 note).
       (b) Preparations.--Physical preparations for the conduct of 
     the ceremony described in subsection (a) shall be carried out 
     in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by 
     the Architect of the Capitol.

  The concurrent resolution was agreed to.
  A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
