Mr. BARRASSO. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the
Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 10 a.m.
on Thursday, May 8; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired,
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the
day, morning business be closed, and the Senate resume Calendar No. 24,
S.J. Res. 7, and at 11:15 a.m., the joint resolution be read a third
time, and the Senate vote on passage of the joint resolution; further,
that following disposition of the joint resolution, the Senate resume
consideration of Calendar No. 65, H.J. Res. 60, the joint resolution be
read a third time, and the Senate vote on passage of the joint
resolution; finally, that upon disposition of Calendar No. 65, H.J.
Res. 60, the Senate resume consideration of the motion to proceed to
Calendar No. 66, S. 1582, the GENIUS Act, and at 1:45 p.m., the Senate
vote on cloture on the motion to proceed.
