AUTHORIZING THE USE OF EMANCIPATION HALL IN THE CAPITOL VISITOR CENTER 
 FOR A CEREMONY TO PRESENT THE CONGRESSIONAL GOLD MEDAL, COLLECTIVELY, 
       TO THE UNITED STATES ARMY RANGERS VETERANS OF WORLD WAR II

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Con. Res. 12, which is at 
the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent 
resolution by title.
  The bill clerk read as follows:

       A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 12) authorizing the 
     use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center for a 
     ceremony to present the Congressional Gold Medal, 
     collectively, to the United States Army Rangers Veterans of 
     World War II.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
concurrent resolution.
  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the concurrent 
resolution be agreed to and the motion to reconsider be considered made 
and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
