                    IN RECOGNITION OF WARREN BRINSON

(Mr. CARTER of Georgia asked and was given permission to address the
House for 1 minute and to revise and extend his remarks.)
Mr. CARTER of Georgia. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an
extraordinary young man, Warren Brinson, whose journey from Savannah,
Georgia, to the NFL has inspired us all.
Warren is not only a proud Savannah native but also a true champion.
He was proudly a key part of the University of Georgia's back-to-back
national championship teams.
This year, Warren made us proud again by being drafted by the Green
Bay Packers in the sixth round. On the field, his strength, discipline,
and determination make him a powerful force, but off the field is where
Warren's character truly shines.
Through the Warren Brinson Foundation, he has made a lasting
difference. His back-to-school giveaways help local students feel
prepared and confident when school starts in the fall. He uplifts
families each year through Thanksgiving turkey giveaways and Christmas
toy drives. His youth football camp provides kids with mentorship,
encouragement, and a vision for a brighter future.

Mr. Speaker, Warren Brinson is more than an athlete. He is a servant
leader, a mentor, and a hero to our district. He reminds us that
genuine success involves giving back to others.
