YOUTH POISONING PROTECTION ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 1442) a bill to ban the sale of products with a
high concentration of sodium nitrate to individuals, and for other
purposes, as amended, on which the yeas and nays were ordered.

The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the
gentleman from Florida (Mr. Bilirakis) that the House suspend the rules
and pass the bill, as amended.

Messrs. MOORE of West Virginia and McDOWELL changed their vote from
``yea'' to ``nay.''
Mr. PETERS and Ms. MOORE of Wisconsin changed their vote from ``nay''
to ``yea.''
So (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and
the bill, as amended, was passed.
The result of the vote was announced as above recorded.
The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to ban the
sale of products with a high concentration of sodium nitrite to
individuals, and for other purposes.''.
A motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
