TOOLS TO ADDRESS KNOWN EXPLOITATION BY IMMOBILIZING TECHNOLOGICAL
DEEPFAKES ON WEBSITES AND NETWORKS ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (S. 146) to require covered platforms to remove
nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, and for other purposes, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
