  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I send a cloture motion to the desk.

       We, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with the 
     provisions of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate, 
     do hereby move to bring to a close debate on the nomination 
     of Executive Calendar No. 79, Tilman Fertitta, of Texas, to 
     be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United 
     States of America to the Italian Republic, and to serve 
     concurrently and without additional compensation as 
     Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United 
     States of America to the Republic of San Marino.
