  SA 1596. Mr. PADILLA submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the concurrent resolution H. Con. Res. 14, establishing the 
congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year 
2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal 
years 2026 through 2034; which was ordered to lie on the table; as 
follows:

       At the appropriate place, add the following:

     SEC. ___. CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET OFFICE REPORT.

       Not later than 90 days after the date on which this 
     concurrent resolution is agreed to, the Director of the 
     Congressional Budget Office shall submit to Congress a 
     report--
       (1) on the impacts and future impacts of the activities of 
     the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization on the economy 
     of the United States, the Federal budget, Federal spending, 
     the operations of the Federal Government, and constituent 
     services across agencies; and
       (2) that includes fact checks of the web page on the 
     website of the U.S. DOGE Service Temporary Organization 
     entitled the ``wall of receipts''.
