    RELATING TO ``ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAM: ENERGY CONSERVATION 
STANDARDS FOR WALK-IN COOLERS AND WALK-IN FREEZERS''--Motion to Proceed

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I understand the Senate has received H.J. 
Res. 24 from the House.

       Motion to proceed to H.J. Res. 24, a joint resolution 
     providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of 
     title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the 
     Department of Energy relating to ``Energy Conservation 
     Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Walk-In Coolers 
     and Walk-In Freezers''.
