                   ORDERS FOR MONDAY, MARCH 31, 2025

  Mr. CORNYN. Finally, Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when 
the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 3 
p.m. on Monday, March 31, that following the prayer and the pledge, the 
morning hour be deemed expired, the Journal of proceedings be approved 
to date, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later 
in the day, morning business be closed, and the Senate proceed to 
executive session and resume consideration of Calendar No. 40, Matthew 
Whitaker; further, that at 5:30 p.m., the Senate vote on the motion to 
invoke cloture on the Whitaker nomination; and, finally, if cloture is 
invoked on the Whitaker nomination, all time be considered expired and 
the Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination at a time to be 
determined by the majority leader, in consultation with the Democratic 
leader.
