 RECOGNIZING GIRL SCOUTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON ITS 113TH 
  BIRTHDAY AND CELEBRATING ITS FOUNDER, JULIETTE GORDON LOW, AND THE 
LEGACY OF PROVIDING GIRLS WITH A SECURE AND INCLUSIVE SPACE WHERE THEY 
   CAN EXPLORE THEIR WORLD, BUILD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS, AND HAVE 
    ACCESS TO EXPERIENCES THAT PREPARE THEM FOR A LIFE OF LEADERSHIP

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee 
on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the 
Senate now proceed to S. Res. 120.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 120) recognizing Girl Scouts of the 
     United States of America on its 113th birthday and 
     celebrating its founder, Juliette Gordon Low, and the legacy 
     of providing girls with a secure and inclusive space where 
     they can explore their world, build meaningful relationships, 
     and have access to experiences that prepare them for a life 
     of leadership.

  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the resolution 
be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motion to reconsider 
be considered made and laid upon the table.
