DOE AND USDA INTERAGENCY RESEARCH ACT
The SPEAKER. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the unfinished business
is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R.
1326) to provide for Department of Energy and Department of Agriculture
joint research and development activities, and for other purposes, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
