  SA 1278. Mrs. SHAHEEN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by her to the bill H.R. 1968, making further continuing appropriations 
and other extensions for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and 
for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title XIII of division A, 
     insert the following:
       Sec. ___.  No funds made available under this Act for the 
     Federal Aviation Administration may be used to purchase 
     equipment from, enter into agreement with, or otherwise 
     contract with Starlink Services, LLC.
