MEASURES PLACED ON THE CALENDAR EN BLOC--S. 1008, H.R. 1156

Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I understand there are bills at the desk
due a second reading.
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The leader is correct.
The clerk will read the bills by title for the second time.
The senior assistant executive clerk read as follows:

A bill (S. 1008) to provide equitable treatment for the
people of the Village Corporation established for the Native
Village of Saxman, Alaska, and for other purposes.
A bill (H.R. 1156) to amend the CARES Act to extend the
statute of limitations for fraud under certain unemployment
     programs, and for other purposes.

Mr. THUNE. In order to place the bills on the calendar under the
provisions of rule XIV, I would object to further proceeding en bloc.
The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Objection having been heard, the
bills will be placed on the calendar.
