  SA 1229. Mr. GRASSLEY submitted an amendment intended to be proposed 
by him to the resolution S. Res. 108, affirming the rule of law and the 
legitimacy of judicial review; which was referred to the Committee on 
the Judiciary; as follows:

       In paragraph (3) of the matter following the resolving 
     clause, strike ``all'' and insert ``lawful''.
