                     PRIVATE BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS

  Under clause 3 of rule XII,

            Mr. HERNANDEZ introduced a bill (H.R. 1763) for the 
             relief of Diego Montoya Bedoya; which was referred to 
             the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to 
             the Committee on the Budget, for a period to be 
             subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
             for consideration of such provisions as fall within 
             the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
