vote on passage of the joint resolution at 12 noon.
  Following disposition of the joint resolution, Senate will resume 
consideration of the nomination of Linda McMahon, of Connecticut, to be 
Secretary of Education, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture 
thereon at 1:45 p.m.
