SMALL BUSINESS PROCUREMENT AND UTILIZATION REFORM ACT OF 2025
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 818) to amend the Small Business Act to include
requirements relating to new small business entrants in the scorecard
program, and for other purposes, on which the yeas and nays were
ordered.
