  On Tuesday, Senate will continue consideration of the nomination of 
Daniel Driscoll, of North Carolina, to be Secretary of the Army, post-
cloture, with a vote on confirmation of the nomination at approximately 
11:15 a.m. Following which, Senate will vote on the motion to proceed 
to consideration of S.J. Res. 11, providing for congressional 
disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule 
submitted by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management relating to 
``Protection of Marine Archaeological Resources'', at approximately 12 
noon.
