  SA 1192. Mr. PADILLA (for himself and Mr. Durbin) submitted an 
amendment intended to be proposed by him to the concurrent resolution 
S. Con. Res. 7, setting forth the congressional budget for the United 
States Government for fiscal year 2025 and setting forth the 
appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal years 2026 through 2034; which 
was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

       At the appropriate place in title IV, add the following:

     SEC. 4___. CBO REPORT ON EFFECT OF MASS DEPORTATION POLICIES.

       The Director of the Congressional Budget Office shall 
     submit to Congress a report estimating the effect of mass 
     deportation policies on inflation, budget authority, outlays, 
     direct spending, entitlement authority, revenues, deficits, 
     and surpluses.
