SA 1089. Mr. SCHIFF (for himself and Mr. Padilla) submitted an

more bills, joint resolutions, amendments, amendments between
the Houses, motions, or conference reports relating to
enhancing privacy protections of the people of the United
States, which may include legislation that would protect the
information of disaster survivors from the U.S. DOGE Service
Temporary Organization or prevent such information from
falling into the hands of malicious actors, by the amounts
provided in such legislation for those purposes, provided
that such legislation would not increase the deficit over the
period of the total of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.
