SA 337. Ms. CANTWELL submitted an amendment intended to be proposed
by her to the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 7, setting forth the
congressional budget for the United States Government for fiscal year
2025 and setting forth the appropriate budgetary levels for fiscal

the Houses, motions, or conference reports relating to
housing policy, which may include expanding and strengthening
the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit or developing Federal
incentives to encourage State and local governments to reduce
regulatory burdens and enact other programs and policies that
would increase the affordable housing supply, by the amounts
provided in such legislation for those purposes, provided
that such legislation would not increase the deficit over the
period of the total of fiscal years 2025 through 2034.
