                         MESSAGE FROM THE HOUSE

  At 3:02 p.m., a message from the House of Representatives delivered 
by Mrs. Alli, one of its reading clerks, announced that pursuant to 
section 2(b)(4) of Public Law 117-l40, the Minority Leader appoints the 
following individual to the Commission to Study the Potential Creation 
of a National Museum of Asian Pacific History and Culture: Mr. Dennis 
Cheng of New York, New York.
