       H.R. 35. An act to impose criminal and immigration 
     penalties for intentionally fleeing a pursuing Federal 
     officer while operating a motor vehicle; to the Committee on 
     the Judiciary.
       H.R. 77. An act to amend chapter 8 of title 5, United 
     States Code, to provide for en bloc consideration in 
     resolutions of disapproval for ``midnight rules'', and for 
     other purposes; to the Committee on Homeland Security and 
     Governmental Affairs.
