PROTECT SMALL BUSINESSES FROM EXCESSIVE PAPERWORK ACT OF 2025
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to suspend the rules and
pass the bill (H.R. 736) to amend title 31, United States Code, to
modify the deadline for filing beneficial ownership information reports
for reporting companies formed or registered before January 1, 2024, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.
