                             Cloture Motion

  Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, again, I am going to send a cloture motion 
to the desk on a nominee that came out of the Ag Committee 23 to 0.
  I send a cloture motion to the desk.

rule XXII, the Chair directs the clerk to read the motion.
