                          LEGISLATIVE SESSION

The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. McCormick). The Senate will now resume
legislative session.
  The majority leader.
Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, how long was the last vote?

[[Page S783]]

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Eleven minutes.
Mr. THUNE. For the balance of the votes, Mr. President, we are going
to ask Members to stay in their seats, Senators to stay in their seats,
and we are going to move through this just as quickly as we possibly
can. So we will have the clerk call the roll, and with people in their
seats, we can do this in 5 or 10 minutes.
