PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF H.R. 27, HALT ALL LETHAL TRAFFICKING OF
FENTANYL ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on ordering the previous question on
the resolution (H. Res. 93) providing for consideration of the bill
(H.R. 27) to amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the
scheduling of fentanyl-related substances, and for other purposes, on
which the yeas and nays were ordered.

travel to DC to vote. Had I been present, I would have voted NAY on
