                       Vote on Wright Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, all postcloture time 
has expired.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Wright 
nomination?
  Mr. THUNE. I ask that this vote be 10 minutes.
