                       Vote on Bessent Nomination

  The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, all postcloture time 
has expired.
  The question is, Will the Senate advise and consent to the Bessent 
nomination?
  Ms. DUCKWORTH. Madam President, I ask for the yeas and nays.
