  Ms. SCHRIER. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to correct the record. At the 
end of the 118th Congress, we erroneously added Ms. Underwood as an 
original cosponsor to H.R. 10438. I would like the record to formally 
recognize that Congresswoman Underwood of Illinois is not an original 
cosponsor of H.R. 10438 from the 118th Congress.
