 CONGRATULATING THE NORTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY BISON FOOTBALL TEAM 
FOR WINNING THE 2024 NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION DIVISION 
               I FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP SUBDIVISION TITLE

  Mr. THUNE. Madam President, this one causes me great pain, but I ask 
unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of S. 
Res. 27, which is at the desk.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A resolution (S. Res. 27) congratulating the North Dakota 
     State University Bison football team for winning the 2024 
     National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I Football 
     Championship Subdivision title.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the 
resolution.
