  SA 3359. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to amendment SA 3358 
proposed by Mr. Schumer to the amendment SA 3357 proposed by Mr. 
Schumer to the bill H.R. 82, to amend title II of the Social Security 
Act to repeal the Government pension offset and windfall elimination 
provisions; as follows:

       On page 1, line 1, strike ``4 days'' and insert ``5 days''.
