  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the 
Committee on Veterans' Affairs be discharged and the Senate proceed to 
the immediate consideration of the following bills en bloc: H.R. 4955, 
H.R. 8667, and H.R. 9124.
  There being no objection, the committee was discharged, and the 
Senate proceeded to consider the bills en bloc.
