GOVERNMENT SERVICE DELIVERY IMPROVEMENT ACT
Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent the Senate
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 686, H.R. 5887.
The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:
A bill (H.R. 5887) to amend chapter 3 of title 5, United
States Code, to improve Government service delivery, and
build related capacity for the Federal Government, and for
other purposes.
There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill,
which had been reported from the Committee on Homeland Security and
Governmental Affairs.
Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read
a third time and passed and the motion to reconsider be considered made
and laid upon the table.
