                              THE CALENDAR

  Ms. CORTEZ MASTO. Madam President, notwithstanding rule XXII, I ask 
unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate 
consideration of the following bills en bloc: Calendar No. 299, S. 
2042; Calendar No. 280, S. 1760; Calendar No. 584, S. 2151; and 
Calendar No. 639, S. 5000.
  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bills 
en bloc.
  Ms. CORTEZ MASTO. I ask unanimous consent that the committee-reported 
substitute amendments, where applicable, be agreed to; that the bills, 
as amended, if amended, be considered read a third time and passed; 
that the committee-reported title amendment to S. 5000 be considered 
and agreed to; that the title of S. 5000, as amended, be agreed to; and 
that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the 
table, all en bloc.
