MIDNIGHT RULES RELIEF ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 115) to amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to
provide for en bloc consideration in resolutions of disapproval for
``midnight rules'', and for other purposes, offered by the gentlewoman
from Illinois (Mrs. Ramirez), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
