                 ORDERS FOR TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2024

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that when the 
Senate completes its business today, it recess until 10 a.m. on 
Tuesday, December 17; that following the prayer and pledge, the Journal 
of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be deemed expired, 
the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use later in the 
day, and morning business be closed; that following the conclusion of 
morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the House message 
to accompany H.R. 5009, postcloture, and that all time during recess, 
morning business, and leader remarks count postcloture; and, further, 
that the Senate recess from 12:30 p.m. until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the 
weekly caucus meetings.
