                DHS BORDER SERVICES CONTRACTS REVIEW ACT

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate 
proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 658, H.R. 4467.
  The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title.
  The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows:

       A bill (H.R. 4467) to direct the Under Secretary for 
     Management of the Department of Homeland Security to assess 
     contracts for covered services performed by contractor 
     personnel along the United States land border with Mexico, 
     and for other purposes.

  There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, 
which had been reported from the Committee on Homeland Security and 
Governmental Affairs.
  Mr. SCHUMER. I ask unanimous consent that the bill be considered read 
a third time and passed and that the motion to reconsider be considered 
made and laid upon table.
