                  ORDERS FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2024

  Mr. SCHUMER. Mr. President, finally, I ask unanimous consent that 
when the Senate completes its business today, it stand adjourned until 
3 p.m. on Monday, December 16; that following the prayer and pledge, 
the Journal of proceedings be approved to date, the morning hour be 
deemed expired, the time for the two leaders be reserved for their use 
later in the day, and morning business be closed; that following the 
conclusion of morning business, the Senate resume consideration of the 
House message to accompany H.R. 5009; further, that the cloture motion 
with respect to the motion to concur ripen at 5:30 p.m.
