  SA 3317. Mr. SCHUMER proposed an amendment to the bill H.R. 5009, to 
reauthorize wildlife habitat and conservation programs, and for other 
purposes; as follows:

       At the end add the following:

     SEC. EFFECTIVE DATE.

       This Act shall take effect on the date that is 1 day after 
     the date of enactment of this Act.
